Grind biscuits in mixer.
Blend all ingredients except both chocolates and coloured vermicilli
Make 8 balls of the mixture.insert lollipop stick in each.refrigerate for 15 mins.
Melt white chocolate using double boiler method.dip a ball into melted chocolate.sprinkle coloured vermicelli on it.
Repeat same with melted milk chocolate.
Refrigerate for 5mins.Serve in a glass.
